FOOD VILLAGE: 2020 TRADING APPLICATIONS NOW OPEN

 

Full Details:

Standard pitch size 6m x 6m within the main, secure, fully fenced arena

FREE admittance to the festival for you & up to 3 co-workers​

All you need to do is provide your staff & stall, but please bear in mind this is an outdoor event and you are responsible for your own goods.

Setting up your stall must be done on Thurs 27th August and you must remain on site with your pitch until 'take-down' on Monday 31st August.​

 

We can offer electrical hookup options for traders if required: A 16amp or 32amp supply will cost £250 (inclusive of VAT).

Terms and Conditions Of Trading

Trading @ Sunshine Festival

  • All Catering Concessions must meet the relevant Health and Safety Standards. All health and Safety policies, risk assessments, method statements and insurance policies and approval of your Catering Unit by your local Authority must be submitted by May 26th 2019.

  • The Festival gates will open to the public at 12:00 on Friday 28th August 2020. Caterers can arrive to set up from 9.00am on Thursday 27th August and must be onsite by 20.00 when the gates will close.  Health and Safety, Fire Officer & Police visits start at 10.00am on Friday 23rd August when all catering units must be present and available for inspection by the necessary officers.

  • Caterers must be off site by 14:00 on Monday 31st August 2020.

  • The event is to be licensed for 10,000 people each day.

  • There will be a maximum number of trading pitches available.

  • There will be electricity provided if required at an extra cost which must be paid in full at the time of paying for your pitch. A 16 Amp or 32 Amp supply can be provided for £250 (inclusive of VAT). If you wish to bring your own generator, only diesel generators are permitted by the Fire Authorities.

  • Trading pitches must keep noise levels low in agreement with the limits set by the Noise Officers.

  • All rubbish must be removed from the site during, and after the event - You are respnsible for your own waste.

  • Stalls that need to replenish stock have to do so via the Traders entrance / exit before 10.00am. No vehicle movement after this time. A maximum speed limit of 5mph must be adhered to whilst on site. MAIN ENTRANCE MUST NOT BE USED DURING FESTIVAL OPENING TIMES TO REPLENISH STOCK.

  • Traders must be responsible for their own security of their stalls, equipment and staff. SC Entertainments will not be responsible for any damage or theft caused to the above.

  • STRICTLY NO SELLING OF ALCOHOL, CIGARETTES, BEVERAGES, FOOD (if you're a non-food trader) OR LAUGHING GAS PERMITTED.

  • Four Traders Passes will be included with each stall and must be worn at all times. Extra traders passes are available to purchase at £30 each.

  • All stalls are subject to appropriate Licences being in date and approved.
