All security will hold an SIA badge and is responsible for their actions under the SIA law. Any claims directed through security will be directed to the security company and is not the responsibility of SC ENTERTAINMENTS. TICKET PROMOTIONS

we reserve the right at any time to remove or cancel any promotions on tickets or earlybird sales on facebook or any other platforms we use.

Ticket and access information:

Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable at all times, even in the event of force majeure, Covid 19 or any other accumulative diseases or a cancellation by a legal authority or Government. All tickets purchased will be replaced under these circumstances by a credit voucher which entitles the purchases to use within a two year period from the date of purchase. Tickets can also be carried forward to the next available date within that period. The artist and performer line-up and all billed attractions may be subject to change at any time without notice. All artists are billed through either contracts or verbal bookings and in an event of force majeure or the legal authorities cancelling the event SC ENTERTAINMENTS will do its utmost to rebook these artists on the nearest available date and reschedule the event where possible.

Duplicate tickets will not be issued for lost or stolen tickets. Your ticket is only valid when purchased from official agents. Tickets bought from other sources will be refused admission. Tickets bought at the gate over the weekend may be sold at an increased price to those advertised and sold prior to the event date, online or otherwise. Subject to change without notice. Strictly no trading or other commercial activity by any ticket holder will be allowed on Event Site without the Festival’s prior written consent. Wristbands removed from the wrist or tampered with will be rendered invalid and will not be replaced. Lost or missing wristbands will not be replaced. Those without wristbands will be refused readmission to the site or may be removed from the site. For security purposes all wristbands issued by SC ENTERTAINMENTS remain the property of SC ENTERTAINMENTS until the end of the event. No pass-outs will be issued without a valid wristband. Holders of tickets must exchange them for a wristband, which will allow the wearer to leave and re-enter the site.

All advertised offers may be withdrawn at any time at SC ENTERTAINMENTS discretion.
In order to facilitate the security, safety and comfort of all guests the Premises Licence Holder reserves the right to refuse admission or to eject person(s) from the festival site at our discretion at anytime if we feel that person(s) are behaving in an harmful or dangerous way to themselves or others, if they are intoxicated or believed to have taken illegal substances, if they are not adhering to the rules and regulations of set by the SC ENTERTAINMENTS. Any illegal behaviour will not be tolerated by SC ENTERTAINMENTS and will result in prosecution.

Admission is at the Ticket Holder’s own risk. The Premises Licence Holder will not be held liable for any loss, injuries or damages sustained at the event including damage, theft or losses to property and motor vehicles, if the cause is due to the negligence of the ticket holder or the unforeseeable actions of other patrons or third parties.

Admittance of children (aged 17 years & under) to SC ENTERTAINMENTS is only permitted when they are accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. ID required. Children’s wristbands will be supplied and must be worn at all times. Children are the responsibility of their parent/guardian and must be appropriately monitored by their responsible party. Children will not gain re-admittance to the arena area if they are not accompanied by their parent/guardian.

Unauthorised photography or use of recording equipment is prohibited. No professional audio, audio visual or cinematographic devices shall be brought in to the site without prior written consent from SC ENTERTAINMENTS.

Neither the venue nor SC ENTERTAINMENTS can accept responsibility for lost or stolen property or damage to any vehicles while onsite.

As a condition of sale the ticket holder consents to being filmed, photographed and recorded for Television, radio, webcast and other public broadcast and/or for any video or DVD as part of the audience and/or by onsite CCTV cameras and recordings for security purposes.

Tickets cannot be used as part of any marketing, media or sales promotion whether commercial or non-commercial without prior written permission of the event organisers. Do not buy tickets from street traders and unauthorised agencies. Tickets are security generated and are personal to the ticket holder only. Any attempt to transfer or resell tickets will lead to automatic refusal at the entrance. Beware of forgeries.

Official merchandise may be available on site. Please don’t buy from unlawful street traders.

Please use the toilets and urinals and do not pollute the surrounding areas.

Please use the litterbins and recycling points provided.

Vehicle checks will be in operation. You will be searched at the entrance. Any items which the organisers consider may be used in an illegal or offensive manner shall be confiscated. Persons suspected of carrying out illegal and/or offensive activities onsite will be searched. Food & Alcohol cannot be brought into the arena. Any person found to be behaving in a manner deemed unsociable or potentially dangerous will be ejected from the festival site without refund.

All staff are employed on a part-time basis only and SC ENTERTAINMENTS will not be responsible for any actions taken by the staff other than what is outlined in staff training. This event takes place outdoors. Customers are advised to wear appropriate clothing and footwear and protection against all weather conditions. Fireworks, Chinese lanterns and the burning of plastics are not permitted. No gas cylinders are permitted in the arena area. To protect your own safety and those of other guests, please act responsibly. Medical matters are dealt with by Festival Medical Services. This is a separate organisation to SC ENTERTAINMENTS, which is not therefore responsible for any problems or liabilities arising. Anyone resisting confiscation of disallowed items or disregarding these conditions will face eviction from the site. As of July 2007 smoking is not permitted in enclosed public areas A wide selection of food & drink will be available to purchase on site.

PERFORMERS/BANDS:

All performers/bands agree to our terms and conditions and agree to have no right for any claim for loss/damage or injury during the festival. They also agree that have an up to date and valid public liability insurance. In the act of force majuere, flooding or legal authorities cancelling will be rebooked at the nearest possible date. Inflatable Land agrees to our terms and conditions and agree to have no right for any claim for loss/damage or injury during the festival. They also agree that have an up to date and valid public liability insurance.

Traders:

Agree to our terms and conditions and agree to have no right for any claim for loss/damage/cancellation or injury during the festival. They also agree that have an up to date and valid public liability insurance.

Contracted First Aid:

Agrees to our terms and conditions and agree to have no right for any claim for loss/damage or injury during the festival. They also agree that have an up to date and valid public liability insurance.

All contractors:

Agrees to our terms and conditions and agree to have no right for any claim for loss/damage or injury during the festival. They also agree that have an up todate insurance and valid public liability insurance on all of their equipment.

No glass bottles to be brought in to the event site. No alcohol can be taken into the arena. SC ENTERTAINMENTS does not take responsibility for any actions, behaviour or otherwise that occur off the festival sites, including any activities run by anyone other than SC ENTERTAINMENTS.

Guide dogs & disability assistance dogs are permitted, but need to be registered with us in advance by contacting . Dogs are not allowed onto the Mello Festival site. SC ENTERTAINMENTS takes no responsibility for the welfare of dogs. At Sunshine Festival, owners are responsible for their dogs and within the Arena dogs should be kept on leads and should clean up after them.

Car checks will be in operation. Please do not leave your dogs in the cars. Children are admitted on the basis that they are the responsibility of their accompanying adult, children must be directly supervised at all times. Children aged 10+ must hold a valid general admission ticket. These children must be accompanied by an adult (18+) at all times.
