The box office/ Information Centre opens at 12.00 Midday on Thursday 22nd August and is open all weekend 9.00 – 12.00 Midnight.(For those with Thursday extra tickets) Simply bring your e-tickets, or any other ticket and receive your wristbands on your arrival at the vehicle gate.

If you purchase your ticket online we now send you an ‘e-ticket’ which is attached to an email sent out after you make your purchase. If you do not receive this email please make sure you check your spam email too. If you have lost the email or deleted it by mistake you can log back into your ThatsTheTickets account and reprint your invoice, bring that with you to the site.

Children 11 years or under will gain free entrance to Sunshine Festival when accompanied by an adult with a ticket. Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times. ID is required for everyone upon entry to Sunshine Festival and there is a ‘Challenge 21’ policy in place.

Teenagers aged 12 to seventeen inclusive must fill in our Parental Supervision Form giving full details of the Responsible Adult that is supervising them before arrival on line.

The campsite opens at 9am on Friday 23rd August 2020 for Full Weekend with Camping tickets holders. If you’ve purchased the Thursday arrival add-on, you may arrive from 9am on Thursday 22nd August.

Yes you can park one car for security and ease of loading/unloading.

Yes, we have toilets in camping areas and showers are located by our main water access.

Toilets are also in the main arena including disabled/easy access facilities.

Full weekend including camping – this includes caravans, campervans or motorhomes at no extra charge.

No, campervans and caravans will be parked in the main campsite. When parking, you must follow the campsite marshal’s instructions and park within the guidelines of your designated space. Please be advised that there is no power available on site.

We don’t have any electric hook-ups for campers unfortunately. Also, generators are not allowed in the camping area.

Like all major festivals, you are not permitted to take your own alcohol or food into the arena. You are permitted to have your own alcohol on the campsite.

Yes. Each year sees the further development of our independent food village. Every trader has been carefully selected to ensure a great selection of cuisines.

You may have BBQ’s in the camping area ONLY. BBQ’s must be attended at all times and must be kept off the ground (raised up structure only – no disposable BBQs as not to damage the Meadow.

Fire Pits are not permitted in line with Fire Authority Regulations

Yes, of course you may bring your dog to our festival. We ask that they are kept on leads within the arena areas and that you do not leave them in cars at any point. Owners are responsible for their dogs and are to bag their mess up and dispose of it appropriately.

Yes, there is ample free parking for those who choose to travel in every day in our car park which can be found on this map

Sky lanterns and individual fireworks are not permitted to be let off at Sunshine Festival due to Fire Authority Regulations.

The site is reasonably flat although it is not always even as it is a natural field. There are wheelchair/easy access toilets at the festival supervised by Nationwide Emergency Medical Services Ltd our First Aid providers. These disabled toilets also contain the baby changing facilities.
