We pride ourselves on having great food vendors and traders. If you feel you would fit in at Sunshine, please fill in this form. We get hundreds of requests from traders each year and cannot respond to them all. However, leave as much detail as possible and we will get in touch if there are openings
You can find a list of artists playing at Sunshine Festival on the stage pages. More acts will be announced as they are confirmed.
The campsite opens at 8am on Friday for Full Weekend with Camping tickets holders. If you’ve purchased the Thursday arrival add-on, you may arrive from 8am on the Thursday. You cannot arrive Thursday if you do not have a Thursday add on ticket. Please have your Thursday tickets downloaded or printed and ready to show the arrivals team. Not having your tickets ready to view and present delays everyone. If you do not have your Thursday ticket ready, you will be sent to a holding queue until you are able to retrieve your tickets. Connectivity can be an issue.
We don’t have any electric hook-ups for campers. Also, generators are not allowed in the camping area.
No, campervans and caravans will be parked in the main campsite. When parking, you must follow the campsite marshal’s instructions and park within the guidelines of your designated space. Please be advised that there is no power available on site for caravans or motorhomes.
Yes you can park one car for security and ease of loading/unloading.
Yes. Each year sees the further development of our independent food village. Every trader has been carefully selected to ensure a great selection of cuisines.
The site is reasonably flat although it is not always even as it is a natural field. There are wheelchair/easy access toilets at the festival supervised by our First Aid providers. These disabled toilets also contain the baby changing facilities.
Yes, we have toilets in camping areas and shower Blocks. We work hard to keep these clean and functioning. The festival busses will have a shower drop off point
Toilets are also in the main arena including disabled/easy access facilities.
No. Vehicles have been classed as weapons by the UK government and as a result driving within the festival grounds is prohibited. You may park one vehicle next to your campsite and in the car park provided.If you wish to drive in and out of the festival grounds, park in the designated day car park. The day car park can be accessed via the new entrance at Gate 2.
We have busses that have a variety of pick up points throughout the festival boundaries. Children and vulnerable people are walking down access routes at all times. Please be careful. The speed limit on access routes at the festival is 5 miles per hour.
Yes, there is ample free parking for those who choose to travel in every day in our car park which can be found on this map.

If you purchase your ticket online we now send you an ‘e-ticket’ which is attached to an email sent out after you make your purchase. If you do not receive this email please make sure you check your spam email too. If you have lost the email or deleted it by mistake you can log back into your ThatsTheTickets account and download your invoice, bring that with you to the site. Your ThatsTheTickets account will have a history of all your tickets
Child, Thursday extension tickets and teen tickets can only be purchased if you have purchased or are purchasing a weekend adult ticket. For the system to know you already have an adult weekend ticket, you will need to sign into your account before putting the child, Thursday or Teen ticket into your basket. If this fails, close all open browser window open on ThatsTheTickets, open a new tab, and sign into your account.
Sign into your account on ThatsTheTickets. Go to your account and you will see all the tickets you have bought. Simply download the tickets you are wanting to print out
Children 11 years or under will gain free entrance to Sunshine Festival when accompanied by an adult with a ticket. Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times. ID is required for everyone upon entry to Sunshine Festival and there is a ‘Challenge 21’ policy in place.
How does the payment plan work?
Our payment plan allows you to spread the cost of your ticket over three monthly installments. (Reducing to 2 after 31st of May):
- First Payment: A non-refundable deposit due on the day you place your order.
- Second Payment: Due one month after your deposit.
- Final Payment: Due two months after your deposit.
Important Notes:
- Deadline for Payment Plans: The last date to start a 3 instalment payment plan for Sunshine Festival 2025 is May 31, 2025. From 1st June 2025, we are changing it to a 2x instalment plan. This ensures all tickets are fully paid by August 1, 2025.
- Manual Payments: We do not retain your card details, and payments are not automatically debited. You will need to log in to your account to make each installment payment.
- Payment Reminders: It is your responsibility to make each payment on time. Tickets will only be released and validated once fully paid.
- Unpaid Balances: Any tickets not paid in full by July 31, 2025 will be considered unpaid and may be cancelled without refund.

An Adult Full weekend ticket- This ticket allows you to camp and includes caravans, campervans or motorhomes at no extra charge.
A: Please make sure to print or download your ticket before arriving. We are in a rural location with no public Wi-Fi and limited mobile signal.
If you arrive without your ticket:
- You’ll need to join a separate queue for ticket lookup.
- You will be seen only when a manager is available. You may need to wait a while.
- You will be charged a £20 admin fee per ticket we need to retrieve.
This is to cover the time, system checks, and fraud prevention needed to verify your identity and ensure the ticket hasn’t already been used.
We do not accept order numbers as proof of purchase. You have to have your ticket with a QR code with you.
No. That is not our Facebook page. We do not take any responsibility for content on that page or tickets resold via that page. Our official Facebook page is this one.
Sky lanterns and individual fireworks are not permitted to be let off at Sunshine Festival due to Fire Authority Regulations.
Yes, of course you may bring your dog to our festival. We ask that they are kept on leads within the arena areas and that you do not leave them in cars at any point. Owners are responsible for their dogs and are to bag their mess up and dispose of it appropriately.
Please do not bring your dogs close to the stage speakers. These can damage a dogs sensitive ears. Consider dog ear muffs.
Due to the dry weather, we are not allowing BBQs at Sunshine 2026. This includes disposable BBQs, or any wood or charcoal BBQs. We are not allowing any naked flames. This is an advisory from the Government and our local emergency services
Like all major festivals, you are not permitted to take your own alcohol or food into the arena. You are permitted to have your own food and alcohol in the campsite.
The box office/ Information Center opens from 9.00 am to 9pm on Thursday and Friday and from 10:30am to 8pm on Saturday and Sunday. Simply bring your e-tickets, or any other ticket and receive your wristbands on your arrival at the vehicle gate.
Please note we do not accept order numbers as proof of having a ticket. Please print your ticket with your QR code or download it before you arrive. If you have not done so you will need to find somewhere you can get online and download your tickets.
